Enrollment Requirements
 

  1. The applicant or student should be at least 18 years or older and

  2. Have all appropriate medical documents ready at hand regarding vaccinations.

  3. Also, it is important to have a state I.D. license or a driver's license to verify your identity and

  4. Copy of your high school diploma.

  5. In the absence of a high school diploma passing the following tests will suffice:

  • General Education Development (GED)

  • High school equivalency (HiSET)

  • California high school proficiency examination (CHSPE)

  • Or official transcripts from higher education depicting credit for general education courses completed.

    Phlebotomy Program Details:

     

  • The phlebotomy program consists of 40 hours of didactic instruction 

  • 40 hours of clinical training experience.

  • Completing the phlebotomy program and passing the national exam will lead to licensure as Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT I).

  • Once all program related costs are paid on time you will then be eligible to take the exam and attend clinical.

Phlebotomy Standard Track

80 Hour Program: 40 Hours Didactic & 40 Hours Clinical​1st Phase: Students start didactic portion of the class first. 2nd Phase: Pass the NHA Certification Exam to be eligible for clinical placement.(Clinical Placement within 90 days or longer.)3rd Phase: Clinical Rotation. 50 successful venipuncture, 10 capillary punctures & observation of arterial draws.Graduate, receive certificate, and apply for CPT1 Licensure.

Refund Policy

Tuition Refund Policy

The refund policy is based on the student's enrollment status and the timing of their withdrawal. If a student withdraws from any class before or up to the 60% point of the semester, charges will be adjusted in proportion to the remaining duration of the semester. However, if a student withdraws after the 60% point of the semester, no refund will be issued.

Any request to withdraw from a class or from the school must be submitted in writing and accompanied by the applicable fee to be considered valid. Verbal notifications of intent to withdraw will not be accepted and will not be recognized as official notice.
